INSURANCE REQUIRED
Exhibitor, at its sole cost and expense, must obtain and maintain in effect at all times during the Show, and during all activities related to the Show, including, but not limited to, during move-in and move-out, its own property and public liability insurance policy with minimum policy limits of $2,000,000 per occurrence. Exhibitor must add Hall of Fame name and address as additional insureds on the insurance policy and provide Hall of Fame with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing said coverage, for September 15 thru the 30th, agents and contractors are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any property or merchandise while in transit to or from the Show site or while at the Show site.

*Booth must be shipped between Wednseday and Friday the before the show begins* The Hall will have a lift truck and driver available to unload your crates and will deliver them to your booth before the show and back to the carrier to ship them to their next destination. You must supply the shipping information and labels.
Booth Needs
– No additional charge for resources – Electric, WIFI, and a waste baskets provided free of charge *Carpet is not available but feel free to bring your own* . Additional charges will only be incurred for substantial and/or abnomral requests.
Please provide the number of cocktail tables needed ****Please note an additional $40 will be charged per table as the Hall must rent them- this will include two bar stools as well****
Tear Down
Will begin at 5 pm on Wedneday the last day of the show and go until 8 pm. Tear down times are also available on Thursday between 8 am and 5 pm eastern time. Please be sure to leave a bill of lading and/or any shipping information well visible in your booth. We will take it from there and be sure that it gets on the correct truck.
Pipe and Drape
We will be installing pipe & drape at all the booths except connected multiple booths will be pipe and drape at each end. We will be printing your company name and booth number on a sign that will be hanging in your booth. Please provide all of the names for the badges including the company you would like printed on their badge. Badges will be printed and waiting in your booth upon arrival. *No limit on number of badges* If changes come later please email them to museum@rvmhhalloffame.org

Attendee Cash Giveaway
We will be doing our cash drawings again this year every hour on the hour. We encourage each supplier to advertise their booth space, prior to the show, in addition to the Hall’s efforts to promote the show.
