James E. Kirchner

One of the founders and past president of WDA, served as a member of the Ohio Governor's Commission on mobile homes and RV's, long time Board Member of Ohio MHA, also served Great Lakes RVA, Indiana MHA, Pennsylvania MHA, and the National Campground Association.

Kenneth W. Dixon

Pioneer manufacturer since 1931, one of the founders, charter member, and director of TCA, first manufacturer to offer gas refrigeration in trailers, built the first chassis mount truck units, built motorcycle trailers in the 1940’s.

Robert C. Crist

Pioneer retailer, supplier, parts distributor to the industry. Charter member of TDNA, introduced electric trailer brakes, LP gas, extension mirrors, fire extinguishers, hot and cold water systems, and low voltage generators, he privately financed his own retail sales.

John K. Hanson

Led the movement to popularize of motorhomes as American RV’s, served MHMA as Standards Committee Chairman, and Chairman of the Board of Governors -Travel Trailer Division, one of the authors of the industry code of ethics, charter member of RVI

Vernon R. Sailor

He was the first supplier to sell aluminum screen doors to the manufactured housing and RV industry, developed the first metal house doors, developed the combination house and screen door, active on many state and national association boards, he served 3 terms as chairman of the national suppliers show.

Richard E. Riebel

Developed many insurance programs to protect lenders, dealers, and consumers in the RV and MH industry. He was a leader in providing capital for the development of MH Communities, he commissioned damage research studies to determine the effects of wind and flooding on homes and communities.

James M. Phipps

One of the key leaders in building the Manufactured Housing business in Florida, two term state association President, 12 years as Florida Show chairman, Florida MH Federation Representative and past Chairman of the National MH Federation, active in the development of national HUD standards for manufactured housing
