Don Lougheed
Don is one of the founders of RVDA and a 40 year board member serving in many positions including President. He produced the RV industry s first technician flat rate manual, researching time needed for installation, service, or repair of RV components. With stores in New York and Texas, he had one of the first multi-state RV dealerships.

George Allen

Clarence T Yoder
During the 30 plus years he led his company, C.T. was the primary research and development officer always seeking innovations in comfort and function. He pioneered seamless fiberglass end caps on RVs in 1969. Pioneered motorized slide outs on fifth-wheels, developed the flat floor fifth wheel concept with no step up into the bed room, he holds the patents on hurricane straps for slide outs and for the No A Frame design in travel trailers. He was a 30 year RVIA member and show participant.

Carl Pfalzgraf
Carl served 18 years on the RVIA Board, Education Committee Chairman (led the group that devised the RVIA industry education program), Board Chairman. He was the 98 recipient of the Distinguished Service to the Industry Award. Led his company marketing for 1st electronic ignition water heater, first ball screw lifting devices, first light weight furnace with noise reduction and many others. He was the 1998 recipient of the Distinguished Service to the RV Industry Award and the 2000 recipient of the prestigious Industry Pioneer Award.

Morris Hylton, Jr
He is a 30 year member of KMHI serving 4 terms as its President where he lobbied both national and state legislatures successfully for many manufactured housing issues. For many years he has been a member of t he Louisville Show Committee. Morris served as the KMHI representative to the National MH Federation, and as President of East Kentucky Homebuilders Association. He is a long time promoter of 100% customer satisfaction as a guide for his business. He worked tirelessly to adopt the issue of blanket permits for transporters delivering homes in Kentucky saving industry companies millions of dollars.

Robert Azevedo
In 35 years as RV dealer, he was the founder of California RV Dealers Assn, and South Bay Dealers Assn. A founding member of RVDA and long time board member he served as national Chairman in 84-85. he is a recipient of the coveted James B Summers Award. After retiring and selling his dealership, he has become a highly respected 20 group facilitator and consultant to RV dealers in the US and Canada for over 25 years..

Timothy J DeWitt
As a 30 year Executive Director of the Michigan association, Tim is recognized by his peers and his members as a dynamic spokesperson for the MH and RV industries and a leader in the development of positive promotions for both. Under his leadership, his association has grown to represent over 1,000 members. He was the 1991 recipient of the Steiner Award presented to the manufactured housing industry executive of the year. In 1991, he established the Harvest Education Foundation to establish and support educational opportunities for individuals who wish to make a career in the RV, campground, or manufactured housing industries. Since its inception, Harvest has granted over $250,000 in scholarship support to over 450 students.

Hal Fowler
Hal has built what is now the largest distribution center in the country for supplying repair parts to RV dealers and RV repair facilities with warehouses throughout North America. He has served as a board member of the Warehouse Distributors Association and as an active member of RVDA. He is recognized for his practice of maintaining a huge inventory of parts for obsolete and orphaned RV appliances and other items. His stated goal has been to develop at least two new programs each year to benefit his varied customers. Among these has been his commitment to overnight shipping and next day delivery of service parts. He was the 1996 RV Industry Executive of the Year.

David Garvin
David built the world's largest RV accessory and service business, and owned and operated a large RV park. He revolutionized the marketing of RV aftermarket products and services with customer satisfaction as the guide. His personal philosophy of "No unhappy customers - not one" helped him to change the face of the RV accessory business in America leading many RV dealers to change the way they served their customers with aftermarket supplies. He conceived and developed America's leading firm providing direct mail distribution of RV supplies to the consumer and bringing mass marketing techniques to the RV industry. He originated Camping World University, a school to train RV technicians.

Jake Hannon
Jake served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Manufactured Housing Association and as its President and was one of the founders of the Arizona Image campaign. He grew his business to become Arizona's #1 housing retailer, and at one time, the largest in the country with over $60 million in annual sales. He established an early customer service program. He developed a popular market research program for housing retailers, and developed 11 sales centers with annual sales of $52 million. He originated Arizona's first formal training program for manufactured housing sales professionals. He developed the country's first Hispanic marketing campaign targeting Arizona's Hispanic population. He was twice elected MHIs national retailer of the year.
