Donald has served on the board of state and regional manufactured housing associations. A long time manufactured housing finance leader, his efforts have brought over 250 commercial banks into serving the MH industry. He was honored as the MHI Lender of the Year for four consecutive years. After personally taking over a bankrupt small local finance institution, he built it into a highly respected national leader. In ten years after having taken control, he had paid back over $3 million in old debt to previous creditors. Not one of his company's commercial bank partners has ever lost money on a manufactured housing loan. His insistence on ethics and doing the right thing has led his company to become a major force in manufactured housing nationally today.

With over 40 years in the manufactured housing finance industry, Ken Roberts has continued to introduce new lending practices and procedures to fit the industry needs. He is Triad Financial Services’ Senior Vice President in marketing and strategic planning for the MH industry. Ken has served on the RV/MH Heritage Foundation Board of Directors. Ken has earned the reputation as a manufactured housing industry finance leader.
