Founder of the Pennsylvania Dealers Association and Pennsylvania MHA. He organized and directed the first Pennsylvania MH and RV show. Recognized as an outstanding lobbyist, no bill he supported failed to pass in eleven years of service.

A twenty five-year state association executive, he developed both the Pennsylvania manufactured housing and RV shows to become nationally recognized industry showcases. He helped to develop HUD code installation procedures and is recognized as having been a mentor to state association leaders nation wide.
