As founder of Holly Park Homes, he pioneered 8 foot ceilings and dormer windows in manufactured homes. In Ger/Win vans, he pioneered fiberglass sidewalls and headliners in van conversions. In Amerigo he pioneered fold out sleeping areas on RVs before slide outs became popular.
