Wilbur J. Schult-Schult Homes
Pioneer manufacturer, instrumental in the founding of TCMA, builder of innovative two unit modular homes during World War II, nationally active housing industry promoter and showman who was responsible for much of the early industry growth.
Milo Miller-Sportsman
Identified as "The School Teacher of the Industry" he started many manufacturers, selling them as soon as they were profitable and starting another. Many company founders, presidents and executives got their start under his leadership. He developed early assembly line techniques.
